Case Study – Bureau Veritas

Global Roll-out to 7000 managers

Bureau Veritas, a world leader in Testing, Inspection and Certification, were looking for a way to communicate the company’s Core Values to their managers worldwide. 

The objectives included to present the Core Values in a compelling and creative way and to transform the managers from passive to active learners. We designed a Core Values Workshop, rolled out globally to over 7000 managers in 12 languages with great success. (94% recommendation rate from participants)

Case Study – STADA

Making Values Fun and Engaging across the world

Leading pharmaceutical manufacturer STADA Group wanted to help employees explore the company’s culture and values in a fun and engaging way. To support the initiative we developed a team-based game that was rolled out simultaneously to all markets.

Connect4Values has already broken a number of our records: the game was translated into 20 different languages; over 5000 players have completed the challenge within the first month; and we achieved a Game Evaluation rating of 9.2 out of 10!

Case Study – Fugro

The showpiece of a new values launch workshop

Fugro (world’s leading geo-data specialist) approached Doubleflow to create a Core Values Game that would form the showpiece of a new values launch workshop. Designed for a global rollout to promote the new values to colleagues in a more engaging way, the game would use interactive discussions and dilemmas to make the values more tangible and relatable.

The solution was a fully customized Core Value Escape Room Game rolled out globally over the course of 18 months. Tailored and branded missions were designed to introduce the values and encourage application of them among competing teams.

Case Study – Spencer Ogden

Global roll-out of Core Values

When global recruitment firm Spencer Ogden decided to organise a Core Values Launch, they wanted every single member of the team to take equal part. “We want every office, however small, to be part of this day, and have the same experience of the Core Values Launch.”

Spencer Ogden reached out to Green Hat People for a fun, interactive event that could be rolled out across the different offices and time zones, from Singapore all the way to Houston.

We created a game that was tailored to the organisation and their core values. We setup a live league table, so that the offices could play against each other using tablets. The Perth office kicked off the competition, followed by Asia and Europe, ending in the USA. As the day unfolded, the teams kept a close eye on the leaderboard, waiting to see whether their colleagues would break their record.

Played online in small groups

The game is played in teams of 3-6 people and takes around 60 minutes. Choose to run it remotely on Zoom/Teams, as a hybrid event or in-person.

Game content

The game is designed with blended learning in mind – the foundation of the game is a number of highly engaging group discussions and dilemmas, mixed with fun, branded trivia as well as photo challenges to enhance the learning experience.

Design phase - Every launch is different and we always tailor the game to fit your organisation. Thanks to our various templates and examples, this can be done in 1-2 weeks. The game can be translated to and run in any language.


Soft launch to HQ/Managers - Getting buy-in from your managers is vital to a successful launch. Launching to head office staff or senior management first is a good way of getting commitment ahead of roll-out.


Modifications - Some clients choose to create slightly different versions that cater to various parts of the organisation (white collar/blue collar etc).
